• In an evaporating dish dehydrate 10 mL of Sodium silicate using high heat until you are left with a white powder.
• Add 1 tablespoon of Borax (Sodium Borate) and 1/2 teaspoon of Cobalt Chloride.
• Grind well to mix and then heat with a blow pipe or blow torch to make the glass.

You might like to use nichrome wire to make earings, a pendant, etc.
